Andrew was eight years old the first time he worked a job site — moving through crawlspaces on renovation job sites. That grew into a builder's apprenticeship, then into flipping houses for over twenty years.

Born and raised in Cherokee County — 28 years a local. He helped build the Millers Point neighborhood from the ground up, and has personally sold more than $10 million in real estate as an agent with Atlanta Communities.

He's not a suit reciting comps. He's the person who can walk a renovation, price a flip, and close the deal — because he's done all three.
